Calm in the Midst of Chaos

There are times when there is chaos with work, family, kids, health situations, chaos will show it’s head in life. Burying one’s head in the sand and pretending there is no issue is unhealthy and immature. In order to navigate chaos it is important to remain calm in the midst of it. How does one do that?
