It’s Ok To Check In

We check in on our kids, friends, pets, but what about checking in on ourselves periodically? It’s okay to check in and ask important questions in that regard, such as these. If we are feeling sad, upset, annoyed, frustrated, it’s okay to admit, so long as that does not define us in that moment and we can find a way through it that is healthy. Check in on others, be kind that way, but also be kind to yourself and check in with yourself.
